Supporting a federal healthcare customer remotely, the full-time Clinical Informaticist II will apply clinical informatics expertise to optimize Oracle Health/Federal EHR workflows, address end-user needs, and enhance system usability while coordinating user support and training initiatives. Key responsibilities Assess clinical workflows and EHR usability, recommending improvements and targeted support for end-users Coordinate site-specific support and training requests with Tier 1 SMEs, ensuring effective user engagement Analyze user feedback and workflow issues, supporting triage and resolution to enhance clinical decision support Required qualifications Master's degree in Clinical Informatics, Health Informatics, or a related field At least 5 years of relevant clinical informatics or healthcare IT experience Experience in assessing and improving clinical workflows and EHR implementation Ability to translate clinician needs into practical recommendations for systems and workflows Capability to meet Federal security requirements and obtain a Public Trust clearance
