Construction Business Development Manager
Full-Time, in person
We are a client service company. We communicate, we work within systems, and we deliver the service, through building custom homes and executing custom projects.
You bring in the work and make the sale, then hand the job to Operations. You report to our Integrator and sit on the leadership team, driving our growth toward our 10-year target. For a self-motivated person passionate about client-focused, quality growth.
What You Will Do:
- Build client, architect and engineer relationships
- Own every lead through the sale
- Write and price scopes, sign contracts, collect deposits
- Keep leads and estimates current in Sentinel, our software
What You Need:
- Construction sales track record
- Read construction drawings
- Comfortable in software daily
- Valid driver's license
- Pass background check and drug screening
What We Offer:
- $85,000 base plus performance-based profit sharing

- Hours vary: trade shows, weekend client meetings, after-hours connections
