Yolex Labs is looking for a GTM Partner to build and lead a practice with us. Think of a partner at a consulting firm: you own a book of business, you bring the relationships, and you drive your own growth. We back you with the AI infrastructure, the products and the engineers, and we work the deals together from first meeting to close.

What we do at Yolex Labs:

Most companies invest in AI before they know where their growth is blocked. We start with a diagnosis and then build.

• Candoor runs anonymous, AI-led interviews with employees and customers to find the gaps holding the business back.
\n
• Storm puts people in simulations of real work and shows who can do what, and where capability falls short.
\n
• Forward-deployed engineers then work inside the client's organization to build the AI agents that close those gaps .
\n

We are currently work with several Fortune 500 companies, and our products are built with researchers at MIT, Boston University, Indiana University and IIT Kanpur.

What you'll do:

\n
• Open doors with senior buyers in your area and build the pipeline.
\n
• Shape the offer for your function or industry, since you know the buyer's problems better than we do.
\n
• Lead the client relationship through the sale and stay the executive contact during delivery.
\n
• Grow the practice over time, including bringing in people under you as revenue supports it.
\n

Who is a fit for this role:

\n
• A partner, principal, managing director or senior leader from consulting or enterprise sales
\n
• Existing relationships with decision-makers in your area
\n
• A record of originating and closing your own deals
\n
• Someone who wants ownership and upside instead of a salary
\n

Compensation: We're at seed stage, and we want to be direct about that. This role is commission on the revenue you bring in, plus equity in the company. There is no base salary today. You're joining early enough that the practice you build is yours.
