As a Showing Agent , you’ll work directly with motivated buyers, tour properties, and help clients as they make decisions about their next home.

This is a hands-on opportunity to develop real-world experience while learning the communication skills, daily habits, and systems used to build a productive real estate business.

You won’t be expected to figure everything out on your own. You’ll receive structured mentorship from experienced agents, along with proven systems, tools, and clear expectations to help you stay focused and consistent.

No previous showing experience is necessary. We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, is coachable and self-motivated, and wants an active role where daily effort can directly impact income.

Newly licensed agents and individuals currently working toward their real estate license are welcome.

First-year earning potential when goals are met: $160,000+

Flexible schedule. No in-office requirement. Remote/field-based. Training and mentorship provided.

• Coordinate with listing agents to schedule showings, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved.
• Provide timely feedback to clients after showings, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
• Utilize our proven systems and tools to manage your schedule and client interactions efficiently.
• Collaborate with experienced agents to refine your skills and strategies, fostering continuous professional growth.
• Stay informed about local real estate market trends to offer clients valuable insights and advice during their home search.

• Experience in customer service or sales, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
• Familiarity with the local real estate market in Warren-Farmington-Hills-Troy, MI, is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a flexible schedule.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and systems for task management and client communication.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new real estate trends and technologies quickly.
