Mona Dortch: Mona Dortch has served as President of Nursing Services Consultant, LLC for more than 15 years now. Prior to forming her current company, she held the position of Director of Nurses at a 172-bed facility in northeast Louisiana for 10+ years. With certification as both a Medicare Assessment Nurse and an expert in the field of Gerontology, she provides comprehensive Medicare consulting to multiple organizations in Louisiana and Mississippi, in addition to teaching the NAB Review program for associations in those states.
