Position Highlights: Multiple shifts available to accommodate your schedule: 1st Shift: 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday–Saturday, starting at $15/hr 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM, Monday–Saturday, starting at $16/hr 3rd Shift: 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM, Sunday–Friday, starting at $17/hr Night Shift Premium: $18/hr Immediate start with weekly pay Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plans Generous referral bonuses for welcoming friends and family Free transportation from Green Bay to work sites Opportunities for overtime and career advancement within a modern, growing facility Your Key Responsibilities: Perform quality checks on products and identify damaged items Transport goods efficiently across the production floor Sanitize products to adhere to strict safety and hygiene standards Support overall production flow by assisting with various operational tasks Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times Ideal Candidate Profile: Adaptable to a variety of environmental conditions, including heat, cold, and wet conditions Able to stand, bend, reach, crouch, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout your shift Highly detail-oriented with strong accuracy skills Excellent hand-eye coordination and good vision, including close, color, and depth perception Comfortable working with sanitation chemicals and protective gear Willing to work overtime as needed to meet production demands Prioritizing Your Safety: Adecco emphasizes safety by providing all necessary protective equipment, such as frocks, hairnets, slip-resistant footwear, hearing protection, gloves, goggles, and rain suits.
